    LifeBlog Updated to 2.0

You can now use LifeBlog 2.0 to upload photos and more to your TypePad powered blog, but as of now, Moveable Type isn't supported.

Here's where you can find the download for the N90 and other Nokia phones that are LifeBlog ready.

PalmSolo and the N90's Photo Adventure

Matt continues to enjoy his N90 and has really shown the dexterity and Flickr friendly nature of the N90. That and his interest now in LifeBlog, which is both a PC application and a app that resides on the N90 (and N70) that lets you BLOG away.

How To Use Data on T-Mobile

Joanthan Greene had posed a problem he was having so we gave him some insight on how to set up the advanced features for data on the T-Mobile USA network using the online Nokia N90 Configuration Wizzard.

The wizzard sends your settings to the phone by SMS so their's not a lot of guesswork. It works with most if not all of the major carriers on GSM.

    Mobile-MMC Memory for N90's

Between reading about the uptake of vBlogging and photo snapping I got to wondering where to find larger memory cards for the N90. One site is http://usamemory.net/dvrsmmcmemory.htmlUSA Memory. They seem to have good prices and an easy to use check out system. I just ordered a one gig card.

Update: It turns out these guys are almost neighbors with their operation less than a mile or so from my office. I met up with the owner. First class operation. Very up on the devices and he corrected my order to the new Mobile MMC card. It works like a charm too.

    An Apology for Our Server-Updated

We have made the transition to a larger server with the help of the team at Verio and our managed hosting partners at Northstar Hosting and Internet. We're hopeful now that the improvements eliminate the problems. Thanks to all for your patience and respect the last few days.

    Andy Abramson
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

We have indeed noticed the lag time and sometime difficulty in getting onto the N90.bloggercomm.com server the past two days. After consultation with our hosting partners at Northstar and Verio we've opted to increase the server capacity four fold.

I guess this is the price of success as the traffic has been incoming like no one ever forsaw or expected. We call that a good problem to have.

So sometime today, or over the weekend we will move the data to the new server and things should be back to normal. Once we're sure everything is up and running we'll begin the process of providing more access to the site to all of the Bloggers in the Nokia Blogger Relations Communications program.

If you already have a TypeKey the ability to comment will be easy, and we'll identify you on the server side as a trusted commenter. That means your comments will go up without moderation. Next we will attack how each blogger in the program can actually post onto this site, which may mean some minor reconfiguring on the back end of Moveable Type, but that will be next week's challenge.

Thanks for your support and ongoing participation.

    Regards,

    The BloggerComm Team
