We have to take the good with the bad, and in the effort of transparency we're posting this mixed critique of the blogger relations program.

I guess being polite to those that do nice things only warrants you being called a "drone." Oh well, we beleive in saying please and thank you ,so to the point about thanking someone, point taken. Next time we'll be more cheeky, as the Brits seem to like that, but we're working to appreciate those who are part of this effort and inform all of what's going on in the blogosphere about the effort.
